CANCELLATION POLICY

We want to see you. We make special time on our schedules to meet with you. A late cancel or no-show appointment hurts at least three people: you, your therapist, and another client who could have potentially utilized your time slot. Therapy sessions are scheduled in advance and are a time reserved exclusively for you. When a session is cancelled without adequate notice, we are unable to fill this time slot by offering it to another current client, a client on the wait list, or a client with a clinical emergency.

 

We kindly ask that if you have to cancel your appointment to please give your therapist 48 hours notice. If you do not provide at least 48 hours’ notice of a canceled appointment, or if you fail to show for a scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $120 cancellation fee.
